"I have found this pill makes me feel excellent. It is a very strong pill though so you must take it after food and I strongly recommend taking it from noon on as in the morning it could make you feel a little sick (once took it after a small breakfast and lets say it was the last time). Outside of that I have never used a better one a day and my body really responds well to it."

"The Twinlab daily one w/o iron is the only vitamin I take. I have tried others and had some nasty side effects. I believe vitamins should not make you sick? Vitamins in capsule form are the best and get into your system the quickest for absorption. So I would recommend these to everyone. The price is very good too."
