Twinlab's Emulsified Super Twin EPA/DHA was created for people who have a difficulty with digesting oil. This unique formula supplies the essential fatty acids EPA and DHA which support heart and mood health, as well as healthy joint function. Omega-3 is an essential fatty acid which helps to maintain cholesterol levels that are already within a normal range. Clinical studies have shown that a diet that has at least 400 mg of Omega-3 fatty acids (300 mg of which are EPA and DHA) nutritionally supports cardiovascular health.

Emulsified Super Twin EPA/DHA 3 5 1 2
Don't Bother I have a hard time swallowing thick fish oil pills and I normally buy the liquid Carlson fish oil but this time I thought I'd try to save money and try this. Never again! It tastes like fish toothpaste (too minty) and if you refrigerate it, it comes out extremely thick, yellow, clowdy and gooey and messy. But most of all it really makes my stomach queazy for a few hours even with a half a dose. And if you burp, minty fish taste smell comes up. Just plain wrong. I'm switching back to the Carlson orange flavor fish oil, it's so much better! This was a learning lesson about quality fish oil. February 12, 2012
