does the job I prefer Coenzyme Q-10 or Ubiquinol in the 300mg. strength but it is quite difficult to find. So I alternate between the 200 mg. and 400 mg. strength seen in this product. CoQ10 is a valuable inclusion in anyone's daily program. When I fine-tune my daily regemin I always keep Coq10 in it. I can't imagine leaving it out. May 10, 2012
