Caps vs. Tabs I have always had a problem with capsules, they stick in my throat. When I started using 5-HTP to get the right dosage I had to get capsules until the enteric coated tablets showed up as a new product. I really like them I get the right dosage, I can swallow them easily, and the price is very good :) May 5, 2012
This is a Great Mood Booster The 5-HTP stands for Hydroxy Tryptophan, which is a precurser for creating Seratonin naturally in the body. This works amazingly well for uplifting overall mental outlook as well as making things sharper such as memory , focus, and ability to function overall in a more healthy fashion. Sleeping through the night Menapause started a cycle of waking up numerous time during the night and difficulty going back to sleep.
