Title:Hair and Nails Greatly Improved

"I have been taking this product for about 3 months and my hair and nails are greatly improved. My nails are stronger and don't "peel" as much as previously and my hair has been coming in thicker and stronger. Don't expect overnight results as anything natural takes longer to have effect. As always, the price is right at Swanson."

Title:Poor Quality

"I dumped the powder out of the capsule into a glass of water and it floated like gelatin.
I took my Swanson Premium MSM powder which I also purchased and put it in a glass of water and it dissolved completely.
I also noticed their are ingredients other than MSM on the label; if you look at the label on a bottle of Dr's Best Brand MSM Powder, it has nothing but pure MSM in the capsule; therefore I feel that this is NOT a quality product. I only purchased it since my husband won't take the powder; but will see if I can convince him to take it now since it is tasteless if you ony use 1 mg. per bottle of water. I will be returning this product."
