IBCAA PLUS I love this product since I have been looking for something with a good mix of carbs/protein/amino acids and low calories. I usually mix this with 16 or 20oz of water since it has a sweet taste. I have one serving everyday when I exercise. With only 45calories it doesnt taste the best, but it might be the healthiest. Awsome !! Great product cant go wrong with AJ aminos they are the best.... I take 30 mins prior to lifiting, during lifting with carbs, and before bed! Dont taste great but who cares about taste when you see your muscles getting bigger! August 31, 2011
