Worth the Cost Provides some relief when consuming legumes, but don't expect miracles. Since Legumase is a popular enzyme product with vegetarians, some may assume these are veggie capsules...but they're gelatin. Swanson is missing out on potential sales by not selling this particular product in veggie capsules. September 5, 2011

super I really like this digestive enzyme product. I take one with each meal and it really works weel for me. I eat a lot of fruit and vegies too so it is double good. November 12, 2010
Average I thought this product would get rid for good of the gases that come with eating beans but unfortunately it works partially. If I follow what the label says then it doesn't work at all but if I take 4 to 6 capsules then it reduces the gases by at least 80%. But since it is not very expensive I would recommend it.
