Very good! This supplement helps me a lot to calm down in stress. It starts work after 40 minutes and has maximum effect after 2 hours. My stress goes down, and more, it restores my possibility to enjoy from existing at this world, sounds of nature, water in shower, smell fresh air... I used Glycine on Russia. Russian Glycine has 5 times less dose and gives effect only after two weeks. I like this Glycine much more. And this supplement has wonderful side effect, it makes memory better! January 13, 2011
