"I take digestive enzymes because I know they help break down food and it helps me get enzymes that are lacking in my everyday food choices. But I didn't give excellent ratings on most of the choices, simply because most of the time I cant tell if anything is actually happening or making a difference! "I had never used enzymes before. The first time I tried these, took them with me when my daughter and I went to eat Italian food. She made the statement that she would end up with indigestion and possibly loose stools. We each took 2 right before the meal as directed.
Later my daughter experienced none of her normal reactions to the spicy food. I sometimes have food to stick on the way down, but when I do the ezymes first no such difficulty. I have even taken them right after a meal when I have forgotten, and had the same good results! I plan to use these the rest of my life!! Very pleased with the natural results and thrilled with the price!!"

No spectacular whiz bang since it is so gentle.
It takes time for it to really start working but then it does ........a great job in digestion and absorption. I use it a couple of times a day with meals and my other supplements.
