Great stuff for foot soaks (20 - 45 min - best done in stainless or glass dish or pan). I dissolve it in distilled water to saturation and use in a spray bottle on bottoms of feet, and also on underarms for deodorant (but not if you have sensitive underarms).

Great Value!
I bought this so I could make my own magnesium oil. Its so easy to do and a much better value. I also enjoy having the flakes around to throw into a foot soak when needed. Magnesium is so important!

good stuff
I use these flakes to make a supersaturated solution with distilled water (Mg oil). I use it out of spray bottles. I have given a lot to friends. They are all very impressed with the effects they have experienced.
