Ingredients: Magnesium Chloride Flakes.

DIRECTIONS: Foot Bath: Dissolve 1 cup in approx. 1 gallon of hot water. Soak 20–30 minutes. Full Bath: Dissolve 4 cups in bathtub filled with hot water. Soak 20–30 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.

WARNING: Avoid contact with eyes. For external use only. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use.
