A great option for a natural Calcium Yes, Calcium Carbonate is the type that occurs in eggshells... same with algae and all other natural sources. I've accepted that if you want natural, you get Calcium Carbonate, but I know there are better absorbed forms that come from a lab. Regardless, this is a great cost for the Calcium, but it would be better to have some Magnesium and other stuff to help the absorption. November 18, 2011
