Suggest you get the Himalayan Salt already ground
I made the mistake of order the Himalayan Salt in stones rather than already granulated. I used a hammer to crush the stones while wrapping them in a towel. Well, every time that I would hit the stones the result would be a hole in the towel. I will order again because I love this salt and it is a great price, however, I will order the salt that has already been ground. I was just trying to save a few dollars by ordering the stones.

disappointing
I wanted Himalayan salt for my salt grinder but these chunks are way too large. And they're as hard as rocks (which I guess technically they are). I tried breaking them with a hammer but it was too much work.

best salt out there
I use this pink salt in place of regular salt on everything. I got these large chunks pretty much out of curiosity. I made sole solution with it. I take a little in water first thing in the morning. Gives a quick boost. It's also good in bath water

Makes your food fantastic
We add this to our food and we feel a difference - they taste much better :)

As good if not better
than other sellers of Himalayan crystal salt stones but at a much better price.
I use these salt stones to make sole which I put into my distilled water to replenish the minerals.
I love the bag the salt stones come in and use it for making kefir cheese.

Love it
I use this salt for everything - from soaking in a tub to salting food. I also take orally. The salt rocks are simply sitting in a jar of water and I use as needed.

Just as I expected
It's special salt rocks with different shape and colors. I like it very much. I put them in a nice glass container on my bed stand. I feel it'll bring calm and good luck.
It arrived just as I expected.

This is, by far, the best information I have ever recieved! I LOVE the Salt&Water book, and all Dr Barbara H's info! I thought her original book was great, but the smaller version is every bit as wonderful too!
yes, I drink my sole every morning...and...use the eye cup, the tips, the mud mask.......LOVE what it's doing for me! I tell everyone!

Himalayan Salt Stones
I have really enjoyed these salts and their reommended use. I have benefited personally by using this product. What could be better and than using all natural mother's earth to benefit out soles.

Good for Sole
These work good for making your own salt sole. Just put them in a jar of purified water and there you go. Use sole for brushing teeth, gargling, neti pot.

Works Great for Sole'
The size of these crystals are perfect for Sole'. I however, bought them for a different use, I thought they would be perfect for use as deodorant crystals...but caution is advised when using as deodorant crystals... they are a bit sharp (even wet). I would recommend this product for sole' users.
HINT: Put a salt crystal in a shallow glass jar (with a lid) of purified water, wait 24 hours shake it vigorously before applying with a cotton ball you then you can safely use it as a deodorant.

himilayan crystal salt stones
I had been using the himilayan crystal salt for over a year when I decided to try the crystal salt stones and make my own sole. I have to say that this product is excellent. Ever since I have been taking it, I feel that I have so much more energy. The first couple of days I did have a slight headache as it was cleaning the toxins from my body, but since then I almost crave the product. It is easy to take, make, and store so I am totally sold on it.

All I can say is if you never bought it and read the Salt & Water book from the seller, givin in the Crystal salt packager, you are missing out on a whole new world...
