In her best-selling book Water & Salt: The Essence of Life , Dr. Barbara Hendel recommends the use of Himalayan Crystal Stones in the making of sole (so-lay). Sole is the salt- saturated solution that is the cornerstone of her program. When we introduced Dr. Hendel's Himalayan Crystal Salt earlier this year, we settled on the more versatile coarse grind in order to offer one product that would suit all users (sole can be made with the coarse grind as well, although the stones are recommended and more cost-effective). Now, we're pleased to offer these stones in response to the many requests we've received from satisfied customers who have purchased the salt and read the book. It's just the latest addition to one of our most popular new product categories of the last decade.
