Each capsule contains 10 mg of BioCosanol policosanol and 600 mg of Traditional Red Yeast Rice.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one capsule two times per day with water.

WARNING: Do not use if you are pregnant, may become pregnant, or are nursing, because using this product may cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. Do not use if you have a liver disorder. Consult with your healthcare provider before use if you are receiving medical treatment or taking prescription medications, especially cholesterol-lowering medication. Discontinue use if cholesterol levels drop below 150–180 mg/DL or if you experience muscle pain or weakness.

I always appreciate that Swanson's has products that combine supplements that I already use with an additional supplement for added benefit.
