"I have been using the Women's Anti stress Formula ( Lactium 167mg) for a couple of years,
to help me sleep.
I take it about 30 - 60 minutes before bed , I go to sleep rapidly, but even more important to me is that I wake up alert , without being groggy. There has been 2 different times that I had to jump out of bed, and drive after taking this formula, I felt I was in complete control behind the wheel.
I would recommend this product to anyone who has trouble sleeping. pat az"

"I am neither a woman nor particularly stressed, though I have perhaps a somewhat 'high strung' nature. I actually just tried this supplement as a prelude to giving some to a friend who is going through a lot of stress at work etc. To my delight it seems to work beautifully. I noticed no sense of sedation or dulling, just a definite lasting sense of relaxed clarity. This is after taking one capsule a bit before bed for several nights. It also seems conducive to better sleep. If my experience is representative, I predict Lactium will have a great career as a dietary supplement."

"The effect is gentle but these definitely work. I tend to wake up in the middle of the night, I take two of these capsules and they usually help me get back to sleep with no side effects. I wish they were less expensive per capsule but Swanson's offers the best value on the market right now."
