Title:Something you should be Taking!

"I have read a lot about the health benefits of CoQ10 so I added this to my daily regime. The body produces CoQ10 naturally but as you get older the levels reduce. I was originally taking 100 mg but after reading more about this product then I decided to up my dosage to 120mg and this seems to suit me better."
