Buy Powder instead of Capsules
No complains about the Ribose. It works for me.
My only concern is these caps contain rice powder and does contain some magnesium stearate which does not dissolve completely when empty capsules in a glass of water. Next time I will buy the powder which costs higher but is worth its value.

could help but
i did notice energy almost immediately however i suffered from headaches and very upset stomach. i had to stop using it but it did give me energy. it does state that it can upset stomach and give headaches on the bottle though. if you are sensitive to things just be aware i took it for two weeks before i realized it was the ribose making me feel awful.

Great
I was not sure this product would do as was recommended, raise my energy level during the day. I took one pill with my various other pills just before breakfast, no results... Second day I took 2 pills with my breakfast, great energy level all day long without being Hyper!! Thanks!!

Sleeping Soundly and More Energy
I was looking for a supplement for my heart and noticed Ribose in another combo supplement. Since I was already taking the other ingredients singly (in the combo supplement) I added Ribose to my diet. I take one a day right before going to sleep at night. I have been sleeping soundly (right from the very first capsule that I took) and I have more energy throughout the next day as a result. Others may find starting the day off with Ribose (or after excercise) works best for them. Some may need 3 capsules a day. So far, I'm doing great with 1 capsule a day. I am impressed. I am very pleased with this supplement - one of the best additions I have ever made to my diet. Can't beat Swanson's price either.

great energy provider
D-Ribose was reccomended to me by a physician as an energy booster, taken both before and after exercise, it also helps muscles to recover quickly.

Wonderful Product
I saw this recommended on a website and thought we would try it. My husband and I are both past retirement age and once in a while we need a little extra energy. So, upon trying Ribose we found new vim and vigor and are extremely satisfied!

Coveniently Packed Energy Caps
I have been using this product at those times when I am not home and need an energy booster. So I usually take a capsule to work and have it with my snack or lunch. This way I avoid the bad sugars contained in most commercial sweet beverages and end up saving money and my good health. With D-Ribose I was able to lose 15 pounds, of course I watched what I ate. It really gave me the energy to exercise longer. I still take it to just stay in shape!

Great for post workout recovery!
I bought this product in search of something that would help me and my wife recover from hard runs/workouts. Due to my illness I haven't used it as much as she has but she said, "It HELPS!" We were recently in Alaska and I rode a bike and supported her while she ran 26.2 miles and the first thing she took when that run was over was the ribose. The 20 minute wait before eating protein can be an issue but if you take it as soon as you end your workout then your cool down time can be used as part of that time so as not to allow the protein to counteract the help offered by this very simple solution. I believe whe even swallowed a few while running the 26.2 miles so we believe in it and use it!

More Energy
I am a marathon runner and Swanson's 100% Pure Ribose has given me more energy to fuel my runs and get me through the day. It's inexpensive as well!!! Can't beat the ease of taking one capsule three times a day with no burping or after effects.

Good muscle recovery
I am a very active baby boomer. I work out using weights several times a times a week plus cycling and aerobic exercise. I find that this Ribose suppliment helps my muscles recover quickly and give me an energy boost too.

No noticeable results
I have taken this supplement as directed and, despite my great anticipation as to the desired results, no effect whatsoever was noticeable!
It neither harmed nor assisted in any way. Strange, as the products I have been taking usually have a marked influence on my health one way or another almost immediately. I had initially recommended this supplement to a friend, and the results in her case were also surprisingly negligible.

REALLY WORKS WELL
i've been using this for about 6 months and it is the first supplement I've found that does what it says-gives you sustainable energy (without any jitters) I combine it with Swanson Royal Jelly and I have about 10 times the energy I use to.

good purchase
I find this supplement beneficial in keeping me going through a workout and afterwards as well.
I run the home, home educate and exercise there as well. I need to have energy left after a workout.
