Dynamite! This stuff is DYNAMITE! Results can be felt almost immediately! I ordered the 25 mg. caps, even though I'd read different opinions on how much to take. I had so much energy I almost didn't know how to act after taking one capsule. Dr. Ray Sahelian recommends only taking around 5 mgs. at a time, so I took half a capsule. Even that seemed like plenty, so I rotate between half a capsule and one-quarter. September 27, 2010
