Nice Way to Go (!!) This product is gentle. Works pretty quick for me and has no lingering burps or gassy side affects. I take 2 in the a.m. and 2 before bed and am very satisfied with the product. The pills are a little on the larger size for me but tolerable. I do feel cleaner, less bloated and happy with the purchase! December 22, 2009

Superior Results Since my quadruple bypass four years ago, I've successfully transitioned to a healthy vegetarian diet with lots of fruits, vegetables, and about 40 grams of fiber a day. Even so, I've had an occasional problem with constipation. I've tried many kinds of fiber supplements without satisfactory results. About two months ago, I discovered Super Strength CapraCleanse, and I'm amazed at the difference!!
