"I noticed the other reviews were by people who were big into working out, lifting weights, etc. I am just a desk jockey who feels so much better when I take this in the morning. I really notice a difference when I don't take it. I also take CoQ10, which I think works in conjunction with the ATP (I take the ATP first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, then the CoQ10 with food)."

"I have to say there aren't many products on the market that work as well as PeakATP for general muscle tone. I take five capsules at night right before going to bed and my muscles become very warm, comfortable and relaxed and I wake up much better rested. Swanson made an excellent decision to sell *pure* PeakATP because this is the only ingredient I need for high quality sleep. I can do more during the day and work my muscles harder than before and they seem to recover much better with less tightness. All around I'd give this product are very rare 10 rating of my personal choice in supplements."

"I am stacking (meaning taking together) ATP and Swanson's L-Glutamine. Both recommend taking twice a day on an empty stomach. So I am taking one pill of each before bed and again right when I wake up (5am) and then I am off to the gym to work-out. I must say that I am hopping out of bed quicker and my energy and mood are higher than before I took this stack. In addition to this stack and starting creatine, I was able to bench 200lb. for 5 reps. I have never lifted 200lb in my life. So this product has done well in conjunction with my program."
