"I experienced no side effects. Small, easy to swallow. Taken in combination with Swanson Ultra Eyes Alive which provides Lutein and some other carotenoids. Ongoing research will hopefully provide the needed evidence for eye health but I am happy to report that I have personally experienced sharper vision. I see brighter colors and have better night vision. Highly recommended."
