You must use it evey day for at least two weeks to see benefits - but once you get there, the benefits will amaze you! If one a day doesn't work, try two a day - one in the AM and one in the PM. "I bought this because I've had dry eyes and skin for many years and I read in another review that the fluid in the eye was made of Hyaluronic acid, so I decided to try it. I'm not certain that it was this, because about two days after starting it, I went to a chiropractor who did muscle testing on me and also recommended other products. But my eyes did seem to feel more comfortable and my skin seems more supple in just the two days that I took it before adding the other products. Along with all my other vitamins, the chiropractor tested the hyal-joint on me and found that it was favorable for me, so I have been taking it since then, about two weeks and my skin and eyes are definitely improving."

"I love this product. I take the 20 mg one because I can't afford the 100 mg one I want to take, so I think it's overpriced. However, I have noticed when I work out I move easier, smoother. I have also noticed that I have few floaters in my vision field and then one day I learned that the eye fluid is actually hyaluronic acid, so I think this product is providing an unintended side benefit for my eyes. It has also helped smooth my complexion. While I think the price is high, the quality is also high."
