"I purchased Bromelaine after a friend had handed me an article to read about it and the different means of taking it. I chose to take it 3 times a day for two weeks on an empty stomach. Today I take one capsule only once in the morning along with my daily vitamin supplements. I feel that I am enjoying a better quality of life and my whole body feels the difference. I am comfortable in every thing I do and feel more free. I do also maintain a healthy diet."
