"Since I haven't finished my first bottle, I can't yet tell if the 400 mg CoQ10 I'm taking is making any difference in my health. But I am very satisfied with the product so far. I wanted a higher dose than is in most bottles I see on store shelves or online, and Swanson is the only company that offers it in this strength for anywhere near this very reasonable price! I didn't quite expect the large size of the gelcaps, but was most pleasantly surprised at the ease with which I can swallow them! I'm not sure if that is due to the shape or texture of the gelcap, but I find them as easy to swallow as any of my other, smaller capsules, if not more so. Again, I'm very pleased with this product and intend to continue taking it."

"I really do like this CoQ10. I feel a difference when I don't take it. Price is great. But the size of the soft gel - Swanson like no other place I know of, lets you know what size each of their supplements are - still surprised me. Maybe it's just me, I don't care for any sofgel.
Overall, don't hesitate to buy this. Just know it's bigger pill than you might expect.
