Title:Yes! By All Means Take IF ...

"Yes! By all means take IF you can live with going to bed hungry as you are supposed to take it on an empty stomach 30 mins before bed. I do better w/a slightly FULL stomach so that makes it VERY inconvenient for me. However, for the CLEAR benefits I feel it provides for my knees, I will continue to try to find a happy medium.

Also, it seemed to give me REALLY, REALLY funky dreams for a time. NEGATIVELY funky dreams. :-( That effect has lessened, it seems, for now.

Definitely helps my knees, though. :-)"
