Best form of selenium
I probably get enough selenium in my diet, but I can't be sure, so this is my insurance. I only take one every three days.
This form is better than selenomethione or selenium yeast (which is actually partly selenomethionine made by the yeast) because selenomethionine can be accidentally incorporated into proteins in place of methione, which isn't good. The probable reason that so many studies have failed to find benefit from supplemental selenium is because most studies have used selenomethionine instead of this form.

More naturally sourced product than others
This is the selenium my family and I use and it seems to work well. I love the fact it is sourced from broccoli, garlic, etc, and has higher bioavailability than other types of selenium. I also use DIM which is sourced from these types of vegetables. I try to choose products like this over others, as even minute amounts of phytonutrients are more preferable.

Small but Mighty

good product if you are unable to take yeast
I use SelenoExcell because I prefer yeast based Selenium and I am NOT allergic to yeast. SelenoExcell is also less expensive when it is on sale.
I purchased this for my sister who cannot use yeast. Both SelenoExcell and this are biologically effective. If you are not able to use yeast, use this for your selenium.

Best form Selenium
After doing much research. I am going to believe this is the best form of Selenium out there. Being male I worry about heavy metals and my overall well being and this is a vital component. The price that Swanson offers it has amazing too.

Ultra SeMSC Selenium
A good product but to me it has an objectionable odor. I much prefer the Albion Complexed Selenium that doesn't have this odor and is more economical.

Overall health with Coral Calcium
