While ALA boasts excellent effects, I am sold on the fact that I wake up well-rested and refreshed in the morning! Love it!

Swanson Qualty...
I had a good feeling about this product when I first found it and it seems to be fulfilling it's claims. I didn't check 'excellent' across the board because I've only just started the dosage but I have felt better within the last month and I'm certain that the one 4 leaves will evolve into five. Oh, and Swanson is the most reasonably priced dot com on the net (believe me, I've checked them all).

It works for me!
ALA is one of those products I could have easily missed out on.
I read about it on this web site and decided to give it a try.
There's no doubt in my mind it has given me an energy boost, nothing jittery, but something that I miss if I stop taking it.
For the cost and convenience of purchasing it from Swanson, I won't be without this one.
Its a winner in my books.

Good but...
I use it and like it and so does my girlfriend. I'm 63, and work in a job that makes lads in their 20's want to run. what can I say? Overall seems to help other supplements that aid in tissue building and strength and skin durability.
Unfortunately--here's the but...
I eat such things as habinero and ghost peppers with impunity, but this stuff irritates my stomach.
Probably a personal genetic trait, and I'm not giving it up, but be warned.
I tend to spread the word, my GF has had me order more for her, so it gets two votes.

Alpha Lipoic Acid Works
I don't totally understand how it works, but I can tell you that this is one of those supplements I take that I can tell a difference in the way I feel. Not all supplements give a "feeling", so I think I would say that I have more vigor and vitality than without it. What I have read is that it is an antioxidant that facilitates the assimilation of vitamins C & E, and assists metabolism. I like it that Swanson has so many products known for their potency and purity as well as their most reasonable prices. Yes, I would definitely recommend this to my friends!

The price is good but the large caps seem to have lots of filler.

If People Only Knew About This
This product has so many benefits. If people would only check into it and try it, they would be amazed especially those affected by sugar. It is good for anything related to the nervous system.

Wow! What a product!
I noticed an increase in my energy level from the first day I started taking this. My life has changed from someone tired all the time, especially after meals, to having a normal energy level. I highly recommend it.

Works for me
Helps me sleep through all night without having to get up to go to the bathroom most of the nights.
My fluid intake is the same as before I started on this supplement, along with ALA.

Very Happy!
I saw results with this product in only a few days. I was very delighted in the results. I had very dry skin on my arms from working in constant contact with water. Nothing worked until I tried ALA. Thanks.

I like to feel Healthy.
While using this supplement from a high-end store locally, I discovered it was effective but cost so much per dose. I searched Swanson's web site and discovered it was available in a more concentrated dose at a very diluted price! I was very pleased! My health was improved through the reduction of expense from my pocketbook. I now wear a big smile when I go by that three letter store in the mall with everything stable and my pocket book firmly tucked away.

Excellent Antioxidant
This is the best product I have ever used as an antioxidant!
Evidently I cannot say anymore than that about this product.
It is confusing since other sites will allow you to write what you use the product for. Doesn't Swanson have the same rules as other vitamin sites? Frustrating!

One vs Twelve
this is an exceptional product, if just for one reason - one (600mg) capsule v. twelve store brand (50mg) capsules! quality, correct dose - everything that says this is for me. this does the job for me but if you're questioning, just remember, 60 Swanson capsules or 720 store brand or if you're looking to save time, delivered to your door or twelve trips to the store.
