Highly Recommend I wish I had known about this product a long time ago. It has made a definite difference in me. Google it and see what it is recommended for along the female lines. I read an article about it and then went straight to Swanson to find it, knowing they'd have the best price on it. I take it along with Nature's Way DIM, Swanson Vitamin E, and Swanson Milk Thistle.
