Immune boost
Great immune suport year round - after reading studies linking selenium w/immune function (especially supplementation with selenium yeast) I'd recommend this for value and quality.

Good source of selenium
I live in a selenium deficient area and my multi does not have 100% of the RDA for selenium. Even so, I only take this 3 to 4 times per week. It is a great source of selenium and I think the price cannot be beat.

Convenient supplement
I use this along with Jarrows Zinc Balance, also found on this site.
This is a very easy-to-swallow cap, and a very compact bottle; couldn't be any more convenient. I take this every few days or once a week -- basically, I space it out -- to make sure I'm not overdoing it (I may be excessively cautious with supplements, but better safe than sorry, I always figure). I try to keep in mind to take it easy with minerals and fat-soluble vitamins; remember, the body works best when it's in balance, and if a little is really good, more is not necessarily better, and too much is just as bad as not having nearly enough.
Anyway, yeah, the price on this is great, and the product seems to be top-notch. I'm happy with my purchase.

exactly as stated
not much to say about this one except that it contains selenium. this mineral is very important for one's health. i think is is important not to overdose so i only take this once every 2 days.
