What Makes Chelated Mineral Glycinates So Superior? First we need to understand the chelation process. "From my own experience I can say that this Albion chelated calcium absorbs really well so I don't need to take as much. Caspules are easier to break down than tablets so I was really happy when i found this supplement, because most calcium supplements come in tablets.
I use this supplement together with magnesium and other minerals. The only thing I would change is the capsule, I would prefer vegetarian capsules but other than that it's a great supplement, and I'm grateful that Swanson offers it for such a good price."
