No Soybean Oil?
Not sure why reviewers are saying they appreciate that there is no soybean oil in this...it says right in the ingredients that it has it!

They work well for me.
I began taking Vitamin E with Selenium 10 years ago at age 50 out of mental health concerns. Friends recommended Swanson's and I've been here since.
I am not a medical researcher or physician, but an active, aging male. I feel the combination of vitamins and supplements I take are enhanced in absorption by Vitamin E, and Vitamin E has it's own benefits.
Every few years I get the itch and run around to supplement stores to shop. Swanson's is always the best deal per dose, and as convenient as my laptop nad mail box.

Excellent product
I found this product of very good quality and the prices as usual cannot be beat. They were very easy and convenient to take. Highly recommended.

Wonderful!
Most of the vitamin E products out there have some very allergenic substances in it... mainly soybean oil. This one not only doesn't have that, but also has just the right amount of selenium, which keeps me from having to take yet another pill.
You need to take this with your cal/mag/zinc supplement to get the bang from your supplement bucks.

Convenient and clean (not a lot of additives)
This is a great way to conveniently take E and Se together since both are oil-based nutrients. I appreciate not having soybean oil in the gelcap, since almost all soy oil is GMO. Not all those other added fillers either, like I find in the Se products on the shelves in my town -- and I did search everywhere! Great pricing. I do agree with the previous poster that 100 mcg of Se would be a better ratio for my supplement needs.

Super antioxidant
Selenium is an essential trace mineral necessary in small amounts for good health. Many people do not get enough selenium in their diet because the soil has been depleted of this important mineral through modern agricultural methods. The only complaint I have is, I would like to see the product contain 100 mcg with the vitamin E in every capsule.
