"Broccoli has been shown to have positive aspects as a vegetable. This pill has many of the good parts of the it in a convenient capsule. I am also a big believer in green foods as the title says. I can not point out any specific benefits but I feel my body is happier for it."

"I rarely give a 5 star for anything, but B delivers the power for stimulating liver detox. D-limonene works pretty good, but one must take uncomfortably large doses. I have long been eating cooked cruciferous veggies for detox, with little-to-none benefit. Raw, extracts of organic B delivers the neccesary sulphoraphane for healthy cells."

Title:good product but should be a powder, not a capsule

"Every day I open five of these and mix the powder into my nonfat plain yogurt. I open many different two piece capsules and mix the powders into my nonfat plain yogurt, but this SWR035 is the most difficult because the contents are sticky and slightly damp and difficult to shake and squeeze out of the capsules. That is why I rate convenience as poor.
This SWR035 is also more expensive than it should be because of the cost of capsules and the cost of putting the broccoli extract powder into the capsules.
I have no time to hassle with buying and preparing fresh broccoli so I use SWR035.
SUGGESTION: SWR035 should be in a shaker form, a shaker with holes bigger than a salt shaker, so the product can be sprinkled into foods easily. This is a food and digestion begins in the mouth. Then the product would be easier to use and less expensive because there would not be a cost of capsules and there would not be a cost of putting the powder into the capsules."
