"One of my favorite supplements is the Swanson Greenfoods Formula Broken Cell Wall Chlorella. I have more energy when I take it, compared to when I've run out & am doing without. Also, I like this version, because the tablets are tapered on the edges, which makes them easier to swalloow, & each has enough mgs that I don't need to take as many tablets to get the nutrients I am after."

Title: Easy to swallow, but hard to digest
Date: August 8, 2009
"Every time I swallowed a couple of the hard pills, I suffered, for hours, a feeling of having eaten rocks. After some time, I took one pill and put it into a jar of water. In 24 hours, the pill developed a slightly slimy surface. There was no sign of dissolving. After two days, there was not much progress. I am certain that in the stomach, the pills have a somewhat better chance to dissolve by the action of hydrochloric acid and enzymes, but crushing them with a hammer first just might help. If chewed, they stick to the teeth. I have no idea if something like that can actually benefit the organism in any way."
