Ingredients: Each 300 mg tablet contains as active ingredients: Natrum muriaticum 3X, 6X, 12X, 30X, 200X. Each 300 mg tablet contains as inactive ingredients: Lactose USP, magnesium stearate.

Dosage: Adults 18 and over: 1 tablet sublingually or dissolved completely in mouth 2 to 3 times daily or as directed by a physician.

As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before using this product. Store tightly closed at room temperature. Gives me more energy I take two at a time, and I find it does give me more energy. November 2, 2010
Less is better I have had gall bladder removal and seem to have a hard time retaining water, so my skin is dry and lifeless. This restores the natural minerals and salts to my system and helps me to retain water more naturally. Caution: drinking water soon after taking the pills may cause diahrrea. I don't take more than two pills at a time to avoid this. July 14, 2010
