Dosage: Adults 18 and over: 1 tablet sublingually or dissolved completely in mouth 2 to 3 times daily or as directed by a physician.

Great and Recommended I have a painful shoulder ache stemming from a weight lifting injury some years ago, which had gotten progressively worse. I am pleased to say my discomfort is completely alleviated by taking one arnica tablet under the tongue every morning.
