"I have been taking this supplement since the middle of March 2011 and have lost 40+ pounds. I have combined it with the green tea extract that Swanson's offers and I take them in the morning when I do my work out before breakfast and in the evening before dinner with a whole glass of water. This product has helped curb my appetite so that I can eat the foods I love but not as much of them in order to have the benefit of losing weight. Way to go Swanson in delivering a quality product at an affordable price!"
