"I take this Aloe softgel everyday. Dont know if it is helpful or not. But, in reading about aloe and its benefits for skin externally and internally it seems like an amazing herb.
I take it for preventative problems internally since its supposed to be beneficial for that.
I think the price at Swansons for this is reasonable and my family takes this.
Even my husband has asked me to include this in his daily vitamins/minerals. He wants the benefits of aloe for himself."
