Title:Olive benefits without the oil

"Each pill is roughly equivalent to the polyphenol content of a full cup of high polyphenol content olive oil. Much of the benefits attributed to olive oil come from the polyphenols, and here you can easily get the polyphenols without any oil. However, it is a relatively large dose, more than you would get from normal olive oil consumption, so don't be surprised if you feel an effect that you wouldn't from normal olive consumption.
It took me a couple of weeks to get used to it, but I eventually did. At first it caused me to feel as if I was coming down with something, but now I feel better than ever."
