"I tried this product a couple of years ago as I had read good things about it. I tried it as recomended on the lable and when I noticed no benefit after a month, I doubled the recomended lable dose. After three months at the double dose, I gave up and figured it just didn't work for me.
In one of my recent orders I decided to try it again after reading all of the reviews and recomendations here, but still not effective for me. I won't be trying tart cherry anymore nor will I be recomending it."

It could be 1-2 months before you may feel any difference. They really good thing about this product is it price as well it is usually on BOGO. "Prior to Swanson, I used a tart cherry juice concentrate. I purchased the concentrate because it was much easier to store than the unconcentrated juice. However, because it was somewhat laborious to dilute the juice, and then mix it with a sweeter juice for taste, I found I was frequently missing my daily doses. With Swanson's Tart Cherry Extract, the capsules were a convenient, economical way for me to stay on track. Also, I found that the encapsulated extract was as effective for me as the juice. While purists might say the juice is better, the capsules are the best for me."
