"I took this for two weeks and sorry to report I could not tell any difference in how I felt.

Considered tossing it, but read a few more of the reviews here this morning and may just try it for the rest of the bottle.

I sort of hate to take something just to be taking it - would like to feel a difference, the benefits others are mentioning, but so far nothing, no difference noticed at all.

"I'd taken rhodiola for a over a year now. I started taking this particular herb from Swanson this month and I can definitely feel the difference. I mistakenly took it during dinner and couldn't figure out why I was restless that evening. I'd always taken rhodiola during dinner so didn't think the rhodiola was the culprit. I read the suggested use and it says to take it with breakfast and/or lunch. Now, I only take it with breakfast, and if I'm going to the gym in the afternoon, I take it with lunch also. I don't even get the afternoon sleepies anymore!"

I have been using and working with different herbs for years and often reccomend Eleuthero or Ginseng for help with coping with stress. I have begun recommending Rhodiola with other herbs or alone for help with stress. Swanson's Rhodiola is the best value anywhere and the product is effective and works quickly. "The Swanson rhodiola rosea not only worked for me, it worked far better than I could have imagined. This was my first venture into herbal remedies and I am astonished at how well it has worked. So if you have done your homework and think that rhodiola rosea might be the thing for you, then I highly, highly recommend it. I knocked off a few points from convenience because you are supposed to take one pill before breakfast and one before lunch, but it is a small price to pay when measured against the benefits."
