When I first started taking them I had a dinner with quite a bit of garlic and the combination of the two left me with what I called "vampire killing garlic breath". "This product works okay but has a lot of flavor on the way down. Don't take this on an empty stomach but with food or after eating. I much prefer the Odor-Controlled Garlic Capsules to this because the flavor isn't objectionable, is easy to swallow and is a whole garlic product which I believe to be the most effective. Look to get the Garlic Oil if you want a product that is the lest likely to repeat on you especially if you aren't going to take it with substantial food and drink."

"I LOVE real garlic and would put it in everything I eat if I could. HOWEVER, eating several raw cloves of garlic is preferable to taking these tablets. The odor is far greater than actual garlic and repeats on you for several hours, which makes me feel nauseous.
I will never buy this again. I recommend you try and get garlic in your diet from a different source than this one!"

"This is a great product and I am very comfortable using it every day. The only thing I would say to people is that odor controlled does not mean NO odor. Also, it can be a little harsh on the stomache if taken before eating. Since I take mine in the morning I take it with a glass of milk and it does wonders! I would recommend it to anyone who uses garlic suppliments on a regular basis."
