Alvocado Oil for frying
Alvocado Oil's high smoke point of 480% Degrees is perfect for frying, espeacially when frying at 350 to 375%'s for eggs in a cast iron skillet. The alvocado oil has a nutral flavor and take's on the flavor of the food it's on in frying. Delisious!

Wonderful in Smoothies!!
My family and I do not like the taste or consistency of avocados but know we should be incorporating them into our diet because of all the health benefits. We tried putting a small amount of avocado into our smoothies and it just overpowered it and that was all you could taste. This oil works perfect! I put 1/2 a teaspoon and you can taste mild avocado but all the berry and fruit taste too. (We use kale, spinach, chard, 1-2 prunes for sweetness,chia seeds or almonds and an assortment of fruit and berries.)
The bottle says to keep refrigerated and it does set up to a solid when in the fridge. It will not pour out and a teaspoon won't fit in the neck of the bottle so I use a 1/4 teaspoon from my measuring spoon set to get it out. Just a minor inconvenience, I am sure you could let it set on the counter for 1/2 an hour but who has the time!
I love that it is organic, I just wish it was in a glass bottle.

Love this stuff.
I was really impressed by the quality of this oil. Compared to the other organic brand I was using. I spread it on sandwhiches and and salads. I even add to my homemade conditioners my hair loves it compared to the other brand.
I keep it stored in the refigerator during summer and it unthaws in just 30 minutes. I will continue to purchase.

organic avocado oil
I was happy to find this organic avocado oil at a reasonable price. The oil is a bit thick. My only concern is that it comes in plastic bottles and ideally oils should be kept in amber/brown glass containers.

Powerful cooking oil
Never cooked with anything quite as powerful as this! It allows high temberatures without any smoking. I plan to keep some of this in my kitchen at all times alongside my extra virgin olive oil.

Exquisitely Delicious
Originally ordered this "unrefined" product for dry hands, face and hair care as an alternative to Spectrum's refined avocado oil, but found it to be more of a culinary product than a skin care product, although I still use it as a hair treatment an hour before shampooing.
It's amazing for culinary purposes! Over fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil - divine! In vegetable sautes - incredibly flavorful! Don't even have to love avocado to love this - but I do! A great find and a healthy oil!
