Ingredient: 100% Certified Organic Crushed Rosemary Leaf (Rosmarinus officinalis).

Certified Organic by Organic Certifiers, Ventura, CA 93001.

Certified kosher pareve by the Kashruth Division of the Orthodox Union.

Suggested Use: Rosemary is a common herb used primarily in Italian cooking. It adds great flavor to roasting meats, particularly poultry, as well as vegetables. Also popular in making herb breads. Can be tossed on charcoal over which food is cooking to add flavor. Store in a dry place. Keep container tightly sealed to protect natural aroma and flavor.

"I found that the crushed rosemary was very fragrant and fresh. I usually use fresh rosemary in my meat marinades but this product was very convenient and the flavor was much the same as if I had used fresh. I would recommend this product."
