Ingredient: 100% Certified Organic Turmeric Root (Curcuma longa).

Suggested Use: Turmeric is used as a natural yellow coloring for soups and sauces, in rice dishes and curry. Makes a nice garnish for light colored sauces. Store in a dry place. Keep container tightly sealed to protect the natural aroma and flavor.
