Swanson Organic SunflowerButter

Delicious Sun Butter
What I really like about this butter is that the ingredients are pure and there is no added sugar. Adding my own stevia or xylitol makes it even better.

Great stuff
I love, love, love this stuff. I also like the fact that it comes from a factory that does not produce peanuts. Heard some scarey stuff about peanuts.

Great taste
Will keep buying, it makes a great sandwich with sliced bananas in it. Beware, though it can cause a weight gain it you eat to much. Could be a little cheaper in price

Our New "Butter"!
This sunbutter makes a great SB & J sandwich with fresh organic raspberry jelly! We really do love this stuff at my house. It is a delicious alternative to traditional peanut butter. It is a bit of a taste shock at first, but anyone who loves sunflower seeds (as we do) should love it! We will definitely be buying more. Great quality!

First time purchase
After reading other people's reviews, I decided to try the Swanson Organic SunButter. I'm sad to report that the other reviews were accurate.
This product has a very strong flavor due to the over-roasting of the sunflower seeds. It is almost a burnt taste. My husband and I will not order it again.

Great tasting!
Since having an intolerance to peanut butter, I find that sunbutter is a terrific and tasty alternative. It is rich, nutty and has the same smooth texture as Jiff peanut butter- only this butter is healthier.

All Time Favorite!
My favorite product at Swanson's is their Organic SunButter. Ever since I discovered it, I have not been without it. I have it on whole wheat toast with a banana or organic applesauce (no sugar) every morning. I love the fact that it does not have added sugar or artificial sweeteners, but it only contains sunflower seeds and salt.
It is nutritious and extremely tasty. If you have not had the pleasure of tasting it, please give it a try.

Fantastic
No added oils or sugar, it's organic and tastes great.
I use it on brown rice crackers and cakes, gluten free muffins and bake with it, put into sugar free chocolate treats and make sauces and salad dressings with it. Thanks Swanson for a sugar free excellent organic product. Great stuff.

Love this sunbutter
This is the only sunbutter that I can find that is organic and doesn't contain traces of soy! Thank you Thank you Thank you! Great taste I eat it off of a spoon and make mock peanut butter cups my kids love them.

YUMMY Peanutbutter Alternative
My son has allergies to peanut and tree nuts so it's wonderful to have a spread he can easily make sandwiches with. It has a fresh roasted flavor, no added sugar and he LOVES it!

Fantastic!
My son has nut allergies and our whole family is sensitive to sugar. This product is wonderful!! My children love to have Sunbutter and jelly sandwiches! Also, this is the only Sunbutter that I've found that doesn't have added ingredients such as sugar. Sunbutter is a hit at our home!

healthy alternative
I had a friend who was eating sunbutter off the spoon at class-asked her to buy some for me (she never did), so i orig. purchased this from amazon. Wanted to really try it as a healthier alternative to peanut butter, plus to mix w/ PB for power balls. At first when trying, it is a taste U have to get acclimated to, but once U do that, it is great on say graham crackers or also a healthier snack on rice cakes (chocolate)-Yummy & not bad for U! I was so confident I would like this product I went ahead and purchased 2 jars from the get go, am glad i did! Love also how it doesn't harden in fridge after opening :-))

Nice replacement for pb
I don't eat peanut butter anymore and almond butter is just too blah. This sunflower butter is the closest thing to peanut butter flavor yet. Although it was a tad over-roasted it still was quite tasty. The nicest thing about this nut butter is that once you stir it up and put it in the refrigerator it does not harden the way almond butter does. I will probably buy again when I run out.

Better than peanut butter
The texture is a bit liquid like thats the down side. But, the taste once you go past the initial shock of trying something nutty that's not peanut butter you find yourself in for a treat. It goes great with cookies, crackers, bread with whatever. Just like peanut butter but better more nutritious and if you like that creamy stick to the roof of your mouth sensation that peanut butter has than this will do just that as well. So good I had to buy another lol.

Unlike other sunbutters (eg Trader Joe's), Swanson's has no sugar added. Unfortunately, the seeds have been over roasted, so the butter tastes a bit scorched.

this is a wonderful alternative to peanut butter for those of us that cannot consume peanuts. the taste and quality are so good that my husband now eats this on his toast with honey instead of peanut butter. now a staple in our home.

Great substitute for peanut butter
This stuff is awesome. It tastes great and makes a great substitute for peanut butter. It doesn't become separated like some nut butters do, making it very convenient. I love that it's organic, and there's no added sugar. I always have a couple of jars of this on hand.

Great stuff
This stuff tastes great and is much healthier than peanut butter. It also keeps its liquid consistency when kept in the fridge, and doesn't separate or get hard.
The taste is great, although I haven't tried any other brands to compare against.

Nut Butters...
I don't know how much EFAs are in this but it taste great... I wish you would carry the pumpkin seed butter also. The pumpkin seed butter is a killer taste bud attraction!
