"A July 2010 Lee Swanson Research Update reported research on Sea Buckthorn oil for normal lubrication supporting eye health. I take four a day & I experienced just such a benefit after a few days of taking this product. I definitely recommend as a food that provides the needed building blocks and supplies the tissues what is needed for normal lubrication in many parts of the body - skin, eyes, etc. I agree with other reviewers about the need for a LARGER BOTTLE of this product, but the stuff is great!"

"I really like this supplement. My skin somehow looks better (can't really explain why) it just has a nicer glow. I noticed the biggest difference in my finger nails. They grew very long and were so strong that when I went to cut them, I had difficulty getting the clippers to clip them off! They were that strong! I will continue to use this supplement. I agree with the other reviewer who said she wished more capsules came in a bottle. Oh well, it is still a great buy and an awesome product."
