We use this large capsule as a supplement
Working towards a dailiy minimum amount of coconut oil is difficult. Using the capsules as a supplement.
We have no way of knowing if it is working - perhaps we will eventually.

Coconut OIl gel supplements
I was given a couple of capsules by a friend who was taking these --- along with using Swanson's straight coconut oil for cooking, etc. I found this product to work very quickly and make my skin so much softer, my hair so much better (as I use my flat iron to straighten my hair everyday which, obviously, made my hair very dry), and in general, helped my digestive system along the way. I can only say that this product does exactly what it says in helping you to obtain better digestive ability (something that I've had problems with for several years) as well as better skin tone and softness. No more dry skin!!! My hair is soft and manageable -- it's amazing that two capsules a day can bring about such change. Seriously --- I'm not just saying this for grins and giggles. It works!

A healthy oil...
I just watched a video where they talk about coconut oil being healthier than olive oil. I know that coconut oil is good for you and Swansons has organic coconut oil at a great price. I add this oil to my other oils of fish, krill, borage, olive oil and know oils like these, are very good for you.

I read an article that says this is good for memory. I don't know how effective it is for that purpose but the price is low enough to justify a giving it a try.

Coconut Oil is refined
Coconut Oil is refined, NOT Virgin (unrefined). Polyphenols become damaged during the refining process, you should not expect much positive effects from refined coconut oils. The medium chain fatty acids remain stable in both the refined and unrefined oil.

LOVE IT!
I bought 2 bottles a month ago and my family uses them, and we LOVE them...my skin is SO much more moisturized and soft! I never have to use any lotion...bowel movements are much more normal now. LOVE it and would recommend it to anyone...and who can beat the price for Organic coconut oil!!??

WOW!
I bought this product looking for an energy boost, not knowing that my bowels would stabilize, I'm a truck driver and waited for the weekend to take this product, not knowing how it would effect my sensitive stomach. I've taken this product for only 4 days now and I'm starting to feel better, plan to buy more. I can't wait to see other benefits in my body.

Awesome product!
I've been using this particular coconut oil for a couple years now and I love it! I've recommended it to numerous friends and they also enjoy having it added to their supplements. I really notice when I don't take one at bedtime....I just wake up with less energy than normal, even after a full 8 hours of sleep.

The cat LOVES this oil
After I purchased these I started rubbing the oil into the soles of my feet. Immediately my cat came up and began licking my feet. (tickles!) Ever since, I have been squirting the capsule contents onto the tip of my finger and the cat licks it all off. He sits at the side of my chair waiting for it! My cat gives it 5 stars!

Not right dosage
While the quality might be good the softgesl are useless since the advisable dosage of this kind of oil would require to take about 50 pills a day. Taking 1-2 does not provide any benefits.

Life Changing!
I read about coconut oil benifits and was skeptical but couldn't pass up Swanson's deal on these. The capsules are very easy to use if you don't like the taste of coconut oil; as well the smell is light. I am overjoyed with the results. My skin, hair, mood, energy have all had outstanding results. I live in CO so the air is very dry. I bust open the capsules apply to my face; blemishes diminished, skin smoother, more even toned, use 2x daily. I massage into my scalp 3x a week. I have noticed my hair feels healthier, shinier and even seems thicker! So I started taking the capsules (ingesting) and now my mood seems calmer yet I have so much energy!! No side affects!

could not take
Cannot say if these capsules worked or not--they are HUGE and I was not even able to attempt to swallow one. Very disappointing.

extremely convenient
It is not always convenient to use the oil in cooking as I don't always want that taste in the food and it does not mix in shakes so well. I like having coconut oil in soft getl form as it is for me an extremely helpful supplement and I prefer supplements that are food grade. I especially like that this is an organic product. I am most impressed with the price as well.

helps give me energy
I usually take 1 of these after my morning break at work,and by 3:00, I feel like I have a bit more energy to get through my workout. If I take 2, it's even better! I have read that coconut oil helps with visceral fat, but I guess I need to take it a little longer to see those kinds of results.
