GREAT PRODUCT Excellent taste and great for cooking. I use it on salad, and to cook omelets etc. April 5, 2012
Love this oil I purchased this product because a friend told me how good it was, so I decided to try it. I use it for my breakfast to fry eggs and also to fry chicken. This Rice bran oil tastes so good. I have just finished my last bottle. I will have to purchase quite a few bottles when they go on sale. I also use the coconut oil. So from now on I will just use the Rice bran and the Coconut oil. My food taste so good after I use this oil that I definately have to get some more. April 3, 2012
Rice Bran Oil I have been using this oil for stir frying. It is very light and my stir fries are remarkably tasty. However, my brother in law also taught me to marinate the meats using the oil along with spices as well - whatever I will continue to use this product. April 3, 2012
Swanson has this hard to find oil! Rice Bran oil has so many nice health benefits, but it is getting harder and harder to find this oil anywhere. Luckily, Swanson to the rescue again! Thank you Swanson for a great product. April 2, 2012
good as olive oil I enjoy the flavor and taste of this oil on my salads and simle , quick cooking items. I have used Olive oil for 50 years and this is the first oil that I have cooked with other than olive. Don't be afraid to try new things----I am not. March 30, 2012
Swanson EFA Oils I trade off using this Swanson EFA's Rice Bran Oil along with the Swanson Walnut Oil in my kitchen. Also been dribbling it over my dog's food on daily basis. Both contain linoleic acid which is an ingredient that many pet skin and coat oils advertize. She won't eat her food if there is an oil with fish taste in it. It has made her coat shiny and beautiful, along with having all the other health benefits from the essential fatty acids. March 19, 2012
fantastic value I use this in the lotions I make because of the wonderful skin conditioning properties of the fatty acids in this oil. This is the best quality for the lowest price I have found. August 4, 2009
Love this product! I use this oil primarily for sauteing, but it is mild enough in flavor that it could be used for baking purposes as well. I have also used it in salad dressings. Just use it like you would use grocery store "cooking oils." I like coconut oil, too, but it does have that coconut flavor & when you want to have more of a "flavorless" oil, this is a good choice. I have totally switched over to various healthy oils for cooking & don't flinch at the price. Yes, they cost more than the stuff on the sujpermarket shelf, but they build health, not destroy it. Refrigerate just about all oils for longer life to prevent rancidity. August 1, 2009
