citrus taste
I don't take fish oil regularlyy because of the nasty taste. I didn't realize these had a lemon flavor but since I started taking this I notice a citrus taste in my throat and realized it was this fish oil. So much better than fish oils I've had in the past. I don't like vitamins with a lot of additives/fillers, so I've been reviewing the ingredients carefully and Swanson's is a winner in my book. I buy from Swanson's now and then but have been buying mostly from a mfg on a shopping channel, good vitamins but prices are really high. Now, with trying to cut my costs, I'll buy from Swanson's as much as possible.

Good Stuff!
This seems like a quality Omega 3 product with a good ratio of EPA/DHA and no rancid aftertaste. The price is incredible and makes ordering from Canada worth it. I plan to take this for a long time to come.

great product and price
While I can't guarantee how safe or organic or whatever this product is myself, I CAN tell you that the flavor is fine...I actually bite into the capsules and swallow the liquid, and the taste is fine. Sometimes I spit out the casing as I don't need the extra stuff to digest, sometimes I just chew for fun...=-) Provided they are truthful about the quailty, then this is a great price for a great product!!!

no aftertaste
The claim of no aftertaste is absolutely true. I was hoping the label would say what kind of fish oil is used in the making of this, but it does not. I couldn't say exactly how effective this oil is.

Love it!
My family has been taking this for quite a while now. Love it! No fishy burps! My 10 yr old actually breaks it open and drinks it. Great price too!

Good Foundation
Swanson's EcOmega EPA/DHA fish oil product, coupled with a good multivitamin, forms a solid nutritional foundation for just about anyone. The benefits of EFA supplementation are well-founded and wide-ranging.
This product, in particular, is easy to take, with no fishy taste, aftertaste, or 'fish burp' later. The gels are rather large, so if you have trouble swallowing, you may want to consider a liquid form; however, I've not had any problems with this product myself.
I like how simple, and inexpensive, Swanson makes it to supplement with fish oil. Although some dosage recommendations, for certain purposes, exceed that of this product, the two gels per day is more than adequate to supplement for a lack of, or deficiency, of healthy oils, particularly from fish consumption of course, in anyone's diet.
If I recommended two products to anyone it would be the Swanson Century Multi and this EcOmega EPA/DHA fish oil product.

Good Product
I take 8 softgels a day so I am glad the price is good. This fish oil has 3 anti-oxidants which help to protect it (M.O.S.T.), and I think they help alot. No after taste and well tolerated.

No Aftertaste
Since beginning to take these several months ago, I have become more alert and cut my caffine way down as a result. My skin is in better shape, with crows feet around my eyes deminishing considerably, and I just feel better overall. I don't pretend to understand the science, but these are my observations. Best of all, there is virtually no taste coming back up to visit me, if you catch my drift. This seems to be a very high quality fish oil product at a great price.
